What does EFC 0000 mean on a fafsa?

Question:i filledout my fafsa and it said efc 0000 so does that mean i dont recieve any thing?

a "0" efc means you are eligible for all the federal pell grant and that you may be eligible for additional funding (which you may have to ask the college you are attending about). this is assuming that all the information on your fafsa is correct.
