What does "dale que dale!" expect?

that is a spanish phrase that i hear and i'm pretty sure its spelled right but i just cant appear to get it translated. if someone out in attendance could translate it for me, i'd really really appreciate. i'm not so good next to working the online translators so please dont send a quotation to one of those
