A fresher but wud like to joing the airlines on a contract where i am paid stipend?

Question:I am a fresher n do not have any airline diploma or degree but want to join the airline industry as i hv heard they sign a contract for abt 3 yrs and teach u the basics as well as during this tenure u r paid a stipend plus on completion get a degree. Pls advise.
