I am Looking for a state University with the lowest per semester credit tuition price?

Question:I want to take online courses through a state university, and want to get some feedback from people out there who know what their school's tuition price is per semester credit?

Answers:
Check out the university system in North Carolina. I went to East Carolina, and a lot of people from out of state went there because they said that the out-of-state tuition was lower than the tuition for the schools in their state.

Your current state of residence will probably give you the lowest price.
OK, Brutus, I'll take a second shot at answering.

Here at the University of Oregon, the online courses (which they call Distance Education) charge a fee that varies somewhat with the course. I looked through this summer's list and found no course with a fee less than $565. Some were more.

There was no distinction between in-state and out-of-state. Everybody pays the same. The credit counts exactly the same as local student. Not all courses are offered.
