Need a topic for dissertation for my Irish law degree. Constitutional, criminal or land.?
Question:My legal costs topic got refused. Need to submit new proposal.
Answers:
Maybe Devolution, Omissions (Criminal), Changing status of resulting and constructive trusts, statutory Interpretation, the affects of HRA 1998 on Irish law (I'm not too sure what part of Ireland your from, Eire or NI). Corporate manslaughter (looking at Gross Negligence and unlawful act manslaughter).
Its difficult isn't trying to come with one, I'm a 3rd year Law student (England) and I'm going look at the effect of Freedom of Expression - ECHR on the UK.
Perhaps you could look at the ECHR 1950, like Art 8 - Right to Family Life, or Art 11 Freedom of Assembly?
Good Luck
