It's no trouble.
If you don't mind
I appreciate it.
No worries.
Don't worry about it.
(when closing a letter) Sincerely
Bless you/God bless you

That's all I can think of.
i'm not sure about 20, but one strong word is 'please'. put it in a sentence when you request for something is very courteous.

other that i can think of...
- thank you very much
- that is so thoughtful of you
- excuse me
- may i ...

most importantly is that you mean what you say. there's no point saying courteous things if you dont mean it.
"After you."
"Thank you."
"It is very nice to meet you."
"How are you?"
"May I?"
"Please, take my seat."
"Let me help you."
Do they have to be verbal expressions? You can hold open a door for someone.
"Here, let me take that."
Or pull out a chair for someone.
"How nice of you to come!"
"We so enjoyed ourselves."
"What a lovely.."
"Would you care for more?"
"Allow me."
"You're welcome."
"Not at all."
"My pleasure."
"Please come again."
How are you
Please feel at home
Please, have a seat
Are you feeling alright?
