Looks like you're on the right track! Good choices! Just don't forget you may feel stressed if you're taking harder classes, but in the long run they'll recompense off because they'll look great on your college applications.
As for your first day, just try to be super friendly. Start sour by saying hi and if the person looks interested strike up a neutral conversation close to do you like the teacher or how your lunch tastes. I assume you're starting a exotic school. This is great because you can strike up a conversation easier by getting tips and advice from your classmates. Don't worry, you'll be fine! Just achievement confident and people will want to get to know you!

That seems like a pretty balanced light of day, you have an easy class before lunch, and a fun sport at the ending of the day, it will probably be hard at first, but at least you don't hold math this semester :D and as for making friends goes, just have a smile on your obverse, and be friendly and talk to people. Even small talk will return with you somewhere. Just be yourself, no lies, no crap, because lies always come back to you. I myself am also starting 10th grade on thursday, so I know how you surface about the whole friend making stuff.

I do 10 Courses, athletics and basketball.Yours are watertight because they all have this connection although i do not twig why chemistry is included but anyways its your choice and you really do not have to make friends on the first day merely observe absorb and then connect. Friends will come.
Honestly, these questions irritate me. It depends on you and your personal ability. We don't know either.
Here's my advice:
English, it's normal. Don't verbs. Get your work in. Read the required reading. Talk to your teachers if you need abet. You'll be fine.
Speech. It's speech. It's a required class right? It shouldn't be too difficult by normal standards. Yet again, if you need help, other ask..
Pre AP World History, If it's too hard, drop it. Always talk to the teacher and your university councelor/college councelor the first day of school about any of your advanced classes if you're opinion nervous about them. Ask the expectations. Ask to see an outline of the year. Know what you're getting into. This applies to ALL of your classes.
Creative Writing. You like to write? You'll be fine. You'll swot up new techniques and skills, which is always fun within writing.
Spanish 3 Pre AP. Yet again, talk to your teacher and college councelor about this. It'll back you understand more about it.
Algebra II. Just take deeply of notes and you'll generally be fine. Ask questions. Keep up to date.
Chem Pre AP. Same as the others. Talk to the guru, the councelor. Take notes. Figure out expectations. If it seems to hard, drop it.
Soccer. Fun stuff in attendance.
You'll be fine. Just make sure you meet your abilities and don't be frightened by better level classes. They're not always as hard as they're made out to be.

Your taking 8 classes?! 0_0 You might want to drop one that is surplus to requirements.
You should easily be able to make friends next to people in your class by the 2nd day. Just communicate to them normally and be nice.

Just be polite, strike up conversation. Never be rude. Be yourself, though.
