Ohio Graduation Test?

Question:I recieved profiecent and above on all my ohio graduation tests(OGT) (402 and above) does that mean I passed the OGT? please answer! On the left it says doesn't meet stanard needs and on the right it says meets stanard needs all my scores on on the right(meets stanard needs) so I passed right?

Answers:
You passed one of the most confusing, idiotic and ridiculous tests ever created. Consider yourself a champion!

There are five performance levels for
the OGT, namely:
• Limited;
• Basic;
• Proficient (passing or “cut score”);
• Accelerated; and
• Advanced.
The minimum score needed to pass
the OGT, or “cut score,” is at the proficient
level. Accordingly, if you received profiecent scores, you received the minimum score level to pass. Congrats. you passed.
