Is a 1680 a good SAT score based on the new scale (2400)?

Question:

Answers:
1680's a decent score. National average is somewhere around 1500.

You have to look at your out-of-1600 score (the math and critical reading totalled without the writing) too. A lot of colleges don't really look at the writing yet.

Though 1680's decent (not great, but decent), I'd suggest maybe taking it again after taking a prep course or having tutoring. You could probably raise that score by a couple hundred points.

Well since it's barely more than half I would say no.
no.its more than half...
As a percentage, that's 70% (2400 / 1680 = .7. .7 x 100 = % = 70).

I would say that yes, it is a good score.
