Answers:
Well I used to go to this after school clubhouse and we had lots of land to play on that had regular jungle jim stuff, but it also had picnic tents (made of brick without doors) and creeks, and lots of trees. So us girls would pretend to be princesses in this huge castle and the boys would be evil dragons and brave knights and the knights would have to save us from the dragons. lol. We thought the whole thing was SO real! Thinking back now, I can still remember how the "castle" would look and how the boys "swords" (made of sticks) would sound against the "dragon's" arm...lol.

Oh and us girls LOVED to play Barbie's! We had some of the most elaborate "plays" you ever wanted to see! And we had TONS of clothes for the Barbies and Kens! We had the little cars, and jewelry accessories and we each had a favorite doll (it was usually the same one! lol) I remember many a day we would each race over to the bin to get the Barbie out that we wanted. lol. And if more than one of us made it there at the same time, we would do "Eeny, meeny, miney mo. Catch a tiger by the toe, if he hollers let him go! Eeny, meeny, miney mo. My mom told me to pick the very best one and you are not it!!" lol. We'd do that until there was only one person left and they would get the doll!

Yeap...those were some REALLY fun times! Hey, thanks for reminding me of childhood! I love reminiscing about good times...

EDIT:
Do you know that other game...I think it's called "black out"?Anyway I don't remember how to play it...I think I used to like it though...hmmmm...
We would play the demon from hell in the basement at family parties. All the cousins involved...
Me and my sister used to play with half-deflated helium balloons and for hours we would play that it couldn't touch the floor, and we couldn't hold it. We broke so much stuff playing that game, jumping over couches trying to get the balloon before it hit the floor. Really stupid, I know, but we were poor, and we didn't get cable. :) lol

Peggy on the fly. It's a baseball like game one person has a bat and the ball. When it's your turn at bat you toss the ball into the air and then quickly swing and hit it as far as you can. run regular bases, almost any number of kids can play, we usually played in the alley so we had a long playing field.
My sister and I would pile stuffed animals at the bottom of our basement stairs and whoever jumped from the highest step without getting scared, won.

It was a nice, simple, fun game. No one got hurt. I promise. (She usually won, too. But don't worry, I got her back throughout the years. I am stronger that she is heh heh heh heh.)
"Kick the can" and "freeze tag." They were variations of "Hide-and-seek" and "tag"or as some kids said, "You're it!"
We would play "Angels" and ride our bikes up and down the block looking for neighbors who needed help carrying groceries, watering their gardens, etc. When we weren't riding bikes, we would "avenge" the neighborhood flapping our arms up and down like they were wings. (I didn't say we were normal, but at least we weren't playing video games!)
My kids and I invented a board game called "Where the Heck is the Remote Control?"
If you landed on the wrong square you had to go to the sock sorting dungeon. If you had to go back spaces you could do so or bribe Dad with coffee or a sandwich and he would take your place. There were several other rules that ran along these same lines. It was fun and It was a way to spend time with the kids.
