Are the tenses of this stanza consistent and grammatically correct?

Question:The saint idols looked alive and realistic. The eyes of the Virgin Mary statue look vibrant with its blue green shade. The cross where Jesus is crucified looks like a real human. Everything in that chapel looks like a living creature.

Answers:
No. The first sentence is past tense (looked alive and realistic), but the rest of the sentences are in present tense ( look vibrant, looks like a real human, and looks like a living...)

Also, the sentence should be "The eyes of the Virgin Mary statue look vibrant with their blue-green shade." The blue-green shade refers to her eyes, not her, so the pronoun should be plural.

"The cross where Jesus is crucified looks like a real human" --in this sentence you are saying that the cross looks like a real human, not Jesus. "Jesus looks like a real human on the cross." would be more appropriate.

"Everything in that chapel looks like a living creature" could be confusing because that could include pews, columns, and even hymnal books. Perhaps, "Every statue in the chapel looks alive." would work better.
In theory; yes. My school enforces slightly different standards; we would've used a comment in each sentence. However, the majority of the world would consider it fine.
The first verb "looked" should either be "look" or all of the other "look's" should be changed to "looked." Also I am not sure but you should check whether or not "saint idols" should be capitalized.
The tense of looked and looks is inconsistent. Do you want it to reflect present or past? Also, "The cross where Jesus IS crucified?" or do you mean WAS crucified? This appears poetic in nature, so it does not matter which tense you use, as long as it is consistent throughout. This stanza is not consistent in tense, but is grammatically correct otherwise.*However, if this is in fact a factual piece based on history, the tense would be past tense throughout. (as it already happened).
The eyes of the Virgin Mary statue looked vibrant with its blue green shade. ...crucified looked like a real human. ...in the chapel looked like a living creature.
