Question:and provide with examples.

Answers:
Knowledge is:
the awareness and understanding of facts, truths or information gained in the form of experience or learning, or through introspection.

SUCH AS: I have the knowledge to teach Spanish classes because I have studied it in University.

Know-how is:
the knowledge and skill required to do something and how to perform some task.

SUCH AS: I can teach Spanish class because I lived in Spain for five years.
wow, that's an interesting question to want to know about for the fun of it.

sounds like a homework question.

knowledge: you know it
know how: you wouldn't have asked if you knew the response (somehwhat practical brain excercise)
knowledge is more of an intangiable thing, more of a mental ability to "know" something. Know-how is more of knowing how a set of tasks need to be performed to accomplish a particular event.

For example, you can have the know-how of how to change the oil in the car. Knowledge would tell you WHY you needed to change the oil in the first place
Knowledge is subjective and know-how is objective.
